Neeraja Sammeta, holds a Ph.D. in Life Sciences and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology , along with post-doctoral training in the area of Neuroscience. She has been with Roche customBiotech for 14 years, working first with US affiliate CustomBiotech and has extensive experience in product support as an Applications lab manager. She is now a part of the Global CustomBiotech organization focusing on Business Development and R&D collaborations, especially in Pharma Biotech and Cell and Gene Therapy areas.

Steven Bye has a degree in biology with a specialization in genetics. Before joining Roche, he managed an academic research lab and has done extensive molecular biology research. In his 28 years at Roche, he has supported life sciences, diagnostics and pharma biotech manufacturers. Since becoming part of Roche CustomBiotech, Steven has enabled customers in numerous product portfolios through technical, applications and training. His focus is Biopharma mRNA and Cell and Gene Therapy areas.

Brandon has served as a Regional Area Manager for the APAC region at Roche Diagnostics since 2017. A graduate of the University of Western Australia in 2016, he has since focused on sales and marketing within Roche CustomBiotech, a division dedicated to providing raw materials for biopharmaceutical and diagnostic manufacturers. He is also passionate about staying at the forefront of emerging technologies across both market segments.
