    Dr. Elizabeth Vinelli
    Specialist in Clinical Laboratory with M.Sc. in Molecular Biology. She is currently Head of Service and Technical Director of the Laboratory and Blood Bank of the Clínica Alemana Temuco, Chile.
    Physician graduated from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Honduras. He holds an MBA and Certification in Transfusion Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh. She was Director of the National Blood Program at the Honduran Red Cross; she is currently the Executive Director of the Teletón Foundation. He has participated in the Global Blood Safety Network through various institutions such as WHO, PAHO, AABB, and ISBT.
